Founded in 2006, Spreelast AG can call upon extensive experience in the area of rubber recycling. We regard ourselves primarily as a service provider in the area of recycling production waste on an elastomer basis, which is produced both in the manufacturing of technical rubber and in tyre production. Our goal is to support customers in reducing their waste management costs in that we reprocess their old materials. These can then be put back into the production process. Doing so also makes a substantial contribution to protecting the environment. For that purpose, Spreelast AG took over the production plant in Vetschau in the Spreewald region of Germany, which had been working on a cryogenic basis since 1999.
With an annual production capacity of over 3000 tonnes and the state-of-the-art technology we are highly competitive on the market.. Equipped with two production lines running simultaneously, we can produce and process various high-quality products at the same time, The product range comprises both the production of rubber granulates in a granule size of 700 to 7000 Ám, as well as of highly fine rubber flour with granulation of 50 to 600 Ám. Our material boasts a purity level of 99.9% and is free of any contamination whatsoever, like fibres and metals for example. We process technical and natural rubbers, such as EPDM, SBR and NR.
With our more than 10 years of experience, we are in a position to manufacture materials to precise customer specifications. Our qualified and competent employees are more than happy to help customers find solutions to different problems. Language barriers should not represent a problem either because, apart from German, we also speak English, Spanish and Russian. Our Quality Assurance group tests the material in the laboratory on site before, during and after production. Apart from determining the granule size, we are able to measure the moisture and ash content, as well as the powder density and flow attributes. Spreelast AG has been an ISO 9001 certified company since 2007.
