HANNEMANN DESINTEGRATIONSSYSTEME (HD) has been operating as a technology consulting and development bureau and manufacturer of systems for finest disintegration of very different materials since the year 2000. Together with plant planners and project partners, HD delivers complete industrial and laboratory systems for dry and cryogenic comminution under the registered trademark DESITECH®. The company is based in Elmshorn, near Hamburg.
Comminution machines from HD use the so-called »disintegration« principle, whereby the comminution itself is based on the shock and impact loading of the material involved. The DESITECH Disintegration Systems developed by HD are operated in temperature ranges between -150 °C and +150 °C. To suit the material to be ground there are various, powerful system variants available.
All brittle and splittable materials can be ground with DESITECH disintegrators. In addition, many inelastic materials that cannot be disintegrated at room temperature at all, or only with substantial energy expended, display much stronger brittle fracture behaviour when cooled. With cold grinding systems based upon DESITECH disintegrators they can be processed optimally through cryogenic comminution, whereby the material to be ground is embrittled using refrigerants such as liquid nitrogen (LN2).
DESITECH Disintegrators are thus suitable not only for highly efficient and economical disintegration of materials such as anthracite, lignite, limestone, china clay, gypsum etc., but also for materials such as synthetic polymers, rubber granulates or foodstuffs (spices) for example.

DESITECH MONOBLOCK ROTOR SYSTEM KM 128
The powerful, patented DESITECH Rotor System is cast as a monoblock from extremely strong special steel. It features excellent performance parameters. With comparatively low wear costs and good specific grinding energy values, the DESITECH Monoblock Rotor System can achieve excellent fineness and grindstock throughput.
DESITECH CERAMIC ROTOR SYSTEM KM 128
For extremely abrasive grindstocks, the high-performance DESITECH Ceramic Rotor System is available with individually mounted special hammers. Through a significantly longer service life, the system permits comminution of very hard substances or material contaminated with abrasive substances based upon the added value to be achieved with a grindstock.
DESITECH VARIABLE ROTOR SYSTEM KM 128
The patented Variable Rotor System for DESITECH disintegrators was developed primarily for research projects. It permits multiple reconfiguration of the entire hammer set-up on the rotors. For trial grindings, the Variable Rotor System offers excellent options for the highest possible efficiency and flexible reconfiguration of DESITECH systems to customer-specific disintegration tasks with extreme demands.
